Delete Your Account

Remove your LockIn account and all associated data

Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the LockIn app:

1 Open the LockIn app on your device.

2 Tap the Profile tab (bottom right).

3 Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

4 Confirm the deletion when prompted. You will be asked to confirm twice to prevent accidental deletion.

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion online, you can email us directly. Please send an email from the address associated with your LockIn account.

We will process your request and delete your account within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all data is irrecoverably removed from our servers. There is no way to restore a deleted account.

Data Retained After Deletion

After account deletion, we may retain minimal, anonymized data solely for:

Third-Party Data

Deleting your LockIn account removes all data stored on our servers. However, the following third-party services may retain data according to their own policies:
