1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LockIn ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
LockIn is a mobile application that provides live sports scores, AI-powered sports chat, and team/league browsing. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during sign-in. You may not create multiple accounts or use another person's account.
4. Usage Limits
Free users are limited to 200 AI chat messages per day and 5,000 per month. Premium users receive higher limits (1,000 per day, 20,000 per month). Usage limits are subject to change with notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's operation.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the service beyond normal app usage.
- Use the AI chat to generate harmful, abusive, threatening, or misleading content.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
6. AI Chat Disclaimer
The AI assistant provides sports information for entertainment and informational purposes only. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. Do not rely on AI responses for betting, financial decisions, or any consequential purpose. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
7. Sports Data
Live scores, statistics, and sports data are provided by third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that scores or statistics are complete, current, or error-free. Official league and team sources should be consulted for verified results.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and original content are owned by the developer. Team logos, league names, and sports data are property of their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without permission.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App (Profile → Delete Account) or by visiting our Account Deletion page. Upon deletion, all your personal data, preferences, and chat history will be permanently removed. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
LockIn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
